Yeah, I'm using that exact same headset, too. I tried to speak with someone on the live chat with Razer support, but they were unable to give me any answers about it. They just told me that they need to wait to hear from their software team about it
I was hoping that someone here might have had a fix for it, but it looks like I'll just have to wait for them to send out an update for it. Hopefully that comes soon ❤️

For now, I'd try using the other EQs to see if one of them temporarily solves your issue.
