Firmware Updates should do hardware rest but you find that info in support website or top right after you click on hardware in synapse

Only time I seen mouse shutdown usb power setup in bios off. Liftoff distance to small but should turn back on if left flat on desk. Hardware detection stopping some thing from damage Hardware. Mouse listed on the demo or testing Hardware list no testing running and its go into auto shutdown. It should run with out synapse I try that. I never seen synapse cause shutdown of mouse.

I have seen liftoff shutdown or turn mouse off and not turn on because wrong firmware.

I seen strange problem before dumb people trying to stream 4k channel not knowing they will flood internet or TV equipment network. TV normally only get 1440p bandwidth with information to upgrade signal to what ever TV supports. Some call it fake frames.
