So in 2024, I finally bought a razer mouse which didn’t work from the get go. It took me 11 months to get razer to replace it. They were very nice about it eventually and gave me a more expensive mouse in exchange, which was very nice of them. But that’s where the niceness ends because the better mouse broke down four months after I got it.
And now razor refuse to replace it because they say the warranty for my original mouse has expired but what about my warranty for the new mouse? Where’s that gone?
So I’m not very happy with razer at the moment because I have spent good money on one of their mice which broke down and then they sent me another one which also broke down but they won’t honour the warranty.
So how is razer going to fix this before I start slating them all over the Internet?

Hardware rest does not reset it to default so you can repair Bluetooth then what does firmware update say if you run it. Does it detect it. Try on different hardware. Did you make #1019758370653220915 post or check razer insider website
