Ya I won't lie razer support is kinda hit or miss I kinda asked for a replacement side plate for my razer naga v2 pro due to minor cosmetic damage due to over use of the product and they just said sorry we can't replace it with sending u a whole new mouse

You should make a post in #1019758370653220915 ...I will say, from my experience uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse and Chroma has been the best fix for bugs, but you should talk to an AI about exactly how to remove ALL of the folders from your system before you reinstall to ensure you system environment is "clean" of any residual Razer related folders and files. Also, using an app call Revo Uninstall is a great way to target remnants of Razer apps, but, I believe, it might leave one particular folder that absolutely needs to be eliminated. Make sure to save all your profiles too before uninstall. Anything you want to keep and put them somewhere like on your desktop. Honestly AI can walk you through this process the most efficiently.
