Definitely not. 35,000Hz it's way too much for what you need, it allows you to get extreme levels of precision by lowering the game's DPI, the only use I can find of it is moving between monitors by a minimal mouse movement or doing graphic design with an EXTREME accuracy.

I only tried 4,000Hz and it was really annoying for me, that's why I love and prefer 1,000Hz. You also have the contra that 35,000Hz will steal PC sources, your Minecraft will lose FPS.

I've heard most professional players have between 800-1,000 with the game sensibility from 60-100.
