Yes most dont need more then 1k polling thats all they really agree to be allowed but 8 input device allowed so it was increase to 8k for 8 device input. But I'm not sure we have full support for that or not been a while since I tested that. I think it was 4 razer 8k hyperpolling adapter or 2 or 4 v2 wireless hyperpolling adapter to get 8 inputs.

5060ti is about 10% faster, but the disadvantage with it is that you REALLY are gonna want to use it with a PCIe 5 system due to it being PCIe x8 instead of x16.

it's about 10% more expensive than a 9060xt, so value is very similar. with a 5060ti, you get access to dlss and Nvidia frame gen tho, which is kinda nice in games that support it.
