No, but the way you're thinking about it is a bit twisted. People with disabilities are typically still fully functional as we have medications to help with mental issues. Physical ones can be harder but those don't impair your decision making. If you function fine with meds you shouldn't set yourself apart so much imo it mentally reducees your value.
