I reported a bug to Razer about Synapse, but the agent wanted me to make a video of the bug even though I described it clearly, and then closed my case after not sending it fast enough. It was a serious bug about the volume to, I asked the agent to escalate it but I don't know if he did. If there is a dev in here reading this, you might want to take a look at it.

Copies are really real nowadays, the best way to prove & confirm it is by registering the peripheral on Razer.com, if you get an error like "Invalid S/N" and you are completely sure that you have introduced it correct as it shows on the mouse, it's fake.
If you get "Already registered.", it's probably that the mouse has been used before and they returned it OR it's fake and they used a real S/N to make it pass as original.

You can still use it as a normal mouse, but without all the benefits that Razer offers. 2 years warranty, Razer Synapse, Cloud Services, Support, etc.

It's said that it las up to 90 hours, could be 40-80, 90, it depends on the use, config and usage.

So pretty much I got the razer black shark v2 x for Christmas and the headset audio works fine but when I try to speak it has to right up to my mouth and it’s very fuzzy and makes this bee noise or just dosent work it’s very frustrating people can’t understand me, I’ve tried the headset on my Xbox and it works perfect , I’ve also tried a usb adapter for the splitter and it’s the same I don’t know what to do now and google isn’t helping me

A good 14 GBPS hard drives is life changing in pcie5 nmve slot or pcie4 8 GBPS read write even. I put one in older razer laptop it said nmve support drives so I try it and it fit. Testing showed 14GBPS read 13 GBPS write so I bought a second one $350 each at the time onsale from $500

I used to just always leave it on the wireless charger when not in use which was most of the time
the laptop was the same, if it was on it was almost always plugged in since I was hooking upto a dock at work
I now travel more and use a desktop when at the office so this battery should last longer

I think you can see a big difference between pcie4 and pcie5 i ran thunderbolt 5 into two pcie5 slots both with 6 nmve with pcie5 full support for 16 lines of pcie5. Running them full speed definitely can increase the cpu and 4 gpu setup
