I'm not risking breaking something by getting a screwdriver to open it - it's not worth it because then it'll be me that has broken it rather than it being a product defect. They're sending a new one on Monday and then I will send this one back
Ultimately when you pay nearly £300 for a headset you shouldn't have to do all that, you are legally entitled to a refund or replacement

I see the spec that looks like a test version that failed not enough ram or storage does not say it has micro SD express support. If your using on console definitely not. They limit all controller to 120 Hz i thing it's locked by crossplay on PC it's locked to 1000 hz but with crossplay off if you can get it connected to 8k dongle well it might work. But that might take some hacking

Its for apex legends it is allowed and all pros use it as its lower delay etc which obviously just feels better to play with and is better hence why i have done it before with a scuf controller but was not sure if razer controllers allow it
