hey guys, does anyone here own the Razer Hammerhead earbuds?

I’ve been having a lot of issues with them and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing. the updater didn’t work for me at all because the earbuds weren’t recognized in USB mode, but I managed to fix that by using an older Windows 10 PC, the update finally went through. after that, both Xbox mode and USB mode started working on my main PC, but in USB mode they still don’t show up in Synapse or the Razer Audio Setup app, so I’m stuck with the default settings.

the main problem I’m having is with the microphone. it works fine at first, but as soon as there’s any sound playing (from a game, video, etc.) the mic completely cuts out. it seems like there’s some built-in noise suppression that you can’t turn off, and it mutes the mic whenever there’s audio output.

has anyone found a way to disable this noise suppression or get around this issue? it’s super frustrating, especially for how expensive these earbuds are.

I own them, and I don't have all of those issues. They won't show up on Razer Synapse because it's not supported by the Earbuds, they will only work with Razer Audio and they have the function to keep the config until you change it, so if you use it on your PC or console, they won't lose the config.

If they don't show up on Razer Audio, I'd check if they are originals, because they are really often to not be original ones.

About the microphone, I believe that if you tap them 3 times, you can turn on/off the suppression sound, if you turn it off, the built-in passive ANC will be enabled, I believe that this will stop the issue but it's weird because my friends and I haven't got that issue.

The only issue that I have got is that the Audio App will not recognize the battery accurately.

Yes it normally does take long i normally would build 4 or 5 custom keyboards a day not working fast just listening to music get my $25 a day labor when I started.
