I've always used normal office mice before. Yesterday I bought a Razer Basilisk V3 (wired).

I played a couple of Warzone matches and it felt great. Later I put down my headset and noticed a small extra click sound when I lift my finger off the left mouse button. It's not super loud and doesn't happen every single time, but I can definitely hear it.
