As long as your Steam is linked to your EA Account you can play on Steam.
You can do that by going to ea.com > Press the Avatar icon, to login, login your account, press the icon again and go to account settings and go to connected accounts and link any platforms there.

Step 5. Log into discord when it prompts you to so you can verify your account
Step 6. Once verified it should create a code on that page or send it to your email
Step 7. Navigate to EA and go to account settings
Step 8. Hit menu and select EA wallet
Step 9. redeem code
Final step. Make sure your platform is linked to your EA account, if all is linked and you have entered your code and got no error then you are all set! 🤙🏻

You can confirm Early access on that and it'll get added to the Library on EA App as well.
