My Razer Ornata Chroma was working flawlessly for years until I booted my PC today and some very specific keys stopped working: numbers 4, 5, 6 on my numpad, as well as the row num lk, /, *, -.

Tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, tested on another computer, updated to Synapse 4 and nothing seems to fix this. There have been a handful of posts in reddit and the Insider site stating a very similar problem, such as this: https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/razer-ornata-chroma-keys-randomly-stopped-working-15065

It's a membrane keyboard. Once it's gone, that's it.

You can mess with the circuits, but very unlikely to bring it back.
Mechanical keyboard will outlast any rubberdome and more likely to be fixable than membrane.

It costs less during these days, too.

So I don't think it's better to spend a couple hours fixing it when you can just buy one for like $20-30.

Hey so I have a huntsman v3 pro mini and synapse 3 told me I needed to update to synapse 4. I updated it and now my keyboard is a brick. Does anybody know what/how this could have happened? Or how to fix it?

I bought the hammerhead pro hyperspeed and it worked fine at first, but then I updated the firmware in the Razer Audio app and after that the right earbud stopped working at all. Does anyone know a solution?

@grand perch I have concern of Xbox fiscal report, they ignored the loss of hardware sales revenue and how much profit earned. This is the reason such Game Pass business is totally unsustainable like Ponzi scheme, based on my knowledge in economics. Thoughts? This is why I believe the only way to save Xbox IP to be fully acquired 100% of Xbox by only best corporation with best profitability in services, Apple. It would mean sort of end of multiplatform release and becoming fully permanently exclusive to Apple ecosystem only, would help boost sales of Vision Pro, MacBook Pro, and iPad Pro, AirPods Max. Thoughts?

That can happen it software updates it changes the pairing options. Normally it should repair but a few times I had to remove old settings repair. That or email support they have a list of stuff that can help. But basically it needs to repair.

Well that because they can not get enough stock or supply. They sell what they get each year. Other company save supplies up because they know they will get lots of sales need hardware for stock.

Of course I never try buy apple really. Not sure how hard it is to find stock.
