In my experience, Lenovo has a really good built quality. My father bought a Lenovo PC almost 10 years ago and it has worked since then, no failures and no problems.

But quality does not always mean performance, these laptops are for daily tasks. Creating Words, managing Excels, doing Zoom meetings... Etc.

It's a really good app for customization, you can change a lot of things and functions there. I use it to control RGB and some functions of my peripherals.

Sometimes it can get mad and do weird things, sometimes it'll not work for OS failures or some updates will destroy it, but those cases are isolated, in my opinion and experience I have never got any issue with Synapse, and if you have one issue, Razer Support is always there for you.
