Do you adjust settings in windows for double typing update firmware when new firmware release. It might be a windows problem. We also know about other problem affecting all brands using programable dongles. One fix set in. But they block help from that person when they retire. But it affects all brands. On razer hardware rest fixes it for a short or long time depending.

I know lots of employees said keyboard were to cheap they were not make enough money. So me and other spent a few weeks building custom keyboard to sell. Also stream it so people know how much work it is and explain different between oils and grease you can buy. Sold them all to hard working people. A few employees quit. Got mad they were not going to get paid more. Hopefully they found a job that is a better fit.
