They were wondering if the old hard been tested at 120 hz. They have just started testing older hardware. OK will this allow them to transfer faster speeds onto internet. Well so far you have to pay extra so if they try it will fail. They tested that to make sure the hardware block all faster singles or fails but definitely does not allow on network. They also monitor if traffic is detected at faster speed and will block or turn off hardware.

But if you have skill you can do testing at home networks. That are not connected to other networks as far as I know. But if they detect it connected to wireless or wireless world wide networks.
