Well with hyperpolling you have to use charging stand or plug it in. You can use increase polling when plug in but I think only hyperspeed rates

Hello, I've just purchased a razer argb controller for my computer case as it doesn't have an argb header. I can't get synapse to detect the controller. If there's any help that would be appreciated

Well how is it plugged into motherboards normally you turn off and plug into motherboard. Then turn on and lots of the time reboot then I see it.

I switched it off and pulled the power cable. I then plugged it into the 9pin USB header and then the molex power adapter. Hooked it all up and synapse just won't show
