E cores are not egpu cores, egpu cores doesn’t exist afaik, those stand for efficiency cores, but all are cpu cores. I think you are referring to igpu cores and those are generally not counted in the cpu spcs unless you look at an in-depth spec sheet.

Windows only really setup for 4k. Max one problem with dpi settings no 6k or 8k they release 3k instead.

Yeah, i have. Everything is up to date i checked the firmware twice. I swapped to Synapse 3 reinstalled that one like 2-3 times the reinstalled synapse 4 again and again. Windows is also up to date

The only time this happened to me, was when my dungle randomly stopped working and I couldn't pair my V2 Pro with it's original dungle. So I went out and bought the hyper polling wireless dungle to pair it with that.
But I think your situation is different, if you Razer synapse recognizes your Cobra Pro with its original dungle and the Mouse dock pro.

The only other thing I can think of, is to select remove to your mouse dock pro device from the Device settings from the control panel. Unplug your mouse dock and plug it back in for your pc to recognize and then try to pairing process again
if that doesn't work then I can't think of anything else, other than software issues

Well, there are multiple things, The most important one, is that they live their own life and have their own schedule, so please take that into account.
second, maybe notifying them outside of the platform, such as Instagram, Discord server, or twitter.
or maybe just have a weekly schedule for them to plan ahead of time to watch your streams
