about the headset, maybe is a driver issue, or smt, go to the audio in windows settings and try to use troubleshoot or go to device manager (by pressing the right mouse button on windows icon) then try to find your headset then click the right mouse button on your headset and click on update drivers > browse my computer for drivers > let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer, then choose the first option or the one u feel more secure
