The headset cups come off like a 'regular sleeve' for most headsets, but the V2 Pro has sort of 'clasps' to pull the earcups off the headset itself?

I was thinking of getting these, but they will not fit on the Hyperspeed, however, I could potentially take off the 'sleeve' part of the headset off of the clips and see if i can file them down or even break them off so that they will fit the headset?
