looks like my razer viper mini SE won’t charge anymore and i confirmed and spoke with their “senior support team” and have had this issue with charging or dongles just straight up not connecting with the dav3 and the viper v2 pro. and their resolution? send back the defective unit to singapore where it can get lost in transit even though i have video evidence of it not charging. and they think im going to risk sending a $300 mouse back to them just for them to say “oh, we never received the defective unit, sorry there’s nothing we can do” and close the case. when i had issues with zowie, pulsar, and logitech, they issued a replacement free of charge no questions asked once provided proof of purchase and a video showing that all steps were taken and the charging was still not working. guess i’ll never be buying a razer product again. had 3 razer keyboards too. loving the wooting 60HE. never again with razer. worst customer service in the history of gaming peripherals.

i literally work for a logistics company. sending items internationally are the worst headaches. they don’t next day air your replacement. they put it on a drayage container and physically ship the unit to EU, then fly it out to singapore. at any point in transit my mouse could get lost, stolen, anything can happen, and i’ve read enough horror stories on reddit about razer “never receiving defective products” so im now stuck with a wired 1k polling $300 mouse even though it’s covered under the factory warranty :). that’s a violation of US warranty laws btw. if a device is defective, the company in charge, domestic AND foreign, are responsible to remedy the issue and ship out a new one at no cost to you. straight up scammers.

So I’ve adjusted my bios to allow my usb ports to have power but my viper v3 pro still refuses to charge while the PC is in sleep mode. i bought the mouse thinking their QC on their “best gaming mouse ever” yet the v3 pro has an option to go above 1k polling wireless once it detects a game which is huge since you don’t have to manually add profiles. and generally has better features. i just don’t know if the new v3 pro has a pcb and usb type C port for the 8k polling, or where i could even buy the pcb itself.
