Hey so anyone that works for razer able to help me my razer iskur broke in april and ive been sent 3 replacement seats that all arrived broken and when i call support they say a manager will call but then im just sent more spare parts and more broken seats I was able to get in contact with human resources in california and was screamed at on the phone im disabled and it takes me 4-5 hours to disassemble the chair and reassamble as i only have use of my left hand I only have the ability to use 3 fingers on my right hand .... 😦

there's literally a shortcut on your keybaord that they indicate u in the pamphlet that comes with the keyboard btt it only works when you are on synapse, thjerefore these "shortcuts" don't really help you since you can manually change it directly through the app
