Well eGPU is inside you computer cpu. But lots of computers will let you attach exGPU or External GPU and use all core on devices for internal cpu cores. I find a usb stick for ram drive to install on is great option as well.

It can make a big difference right now. The 1050MB or 2100 MB/s is great. Transfer speed any size game fits on are great but I loved the 1 or 2 Tb sizes

The 4 TB fast one are great for portable devices but cost the same.
