Yes you have to cut off glass screen to remove glue hopefully it goes back on after repairs. Was done before they allowed cell phone to be repaired with out any qualifications.

I also made sure to add the saved lighting profiles to the onboard storage. When I try to use it on my Xbox or a different computer without razer synapse the profiles register but don’t actually change the lighting effects and it’s always just the standard default lighting effect. It basically increases the amount of times it checks if a key is pressed per second. So if you're in a high APM game scenario, it will be beneficial, as it detects that you have pressed or released a key 8 times faster.
If you have an actual usage for it, however.. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
