Delete all your mouse profiles via synapse, Uninstall synapse and all the drivers related to your mouse, restart your pc and mouse (if you can), re-install synapse and see if the issue still persists (also make sure to check synapse is updated, weirdly you can install it from the site and it’ll still be outdated, my gf had an issue like that when she got her blade 17)
