The cable should come with mouse it's a standard feature to have wired and wireless options

Lots love wireless but at big computer gaming tournaments to many people running wireless cause problems. So wired is a standard feature.

Yes that should be correct. I seen wired only or wired and wireless. I'm not sure we have a full wireless option yet that use mouse pad to charge. I don't remember seeing it.

The free spin normally setup to scroll less lines. So not as jumpy. It sometimes depends on Microsoft default options

Thing is that I get alot of negative feedback on my kraken x, my friends telling me they can't hear me, sometimes hearing breathing through the mic even if not close, static, etc

Well the x series are ok but they missing a few features I normally like to have. I test x version and they are great for lower end price range much better then cheap version.

They breathing into mic I just add foam cover it helps remove breathing and fans sounds or wind. They are cheap and do help a little. Not perfect but do help.

I'm not sure if razer sell them separately or not but steelseries does sell them if I spell that right.

My mouse just like stopped working all of a sudden

I was playing a game than all of a sudden it stopped working I thought it was a usb issue or that it was dead

I hooked up another mouse and it’s weird it’s not recognized on synapse but it is recognized on device manager

Then I figured out that when it’s plugged in with the cord it dosen’t get recognized at all on device manager

It only comes up when I do bluetooth usb I updated the driver uninstalled the driver update synapse tried different usb ports tried it on other devices let it charge overnight tried everything on the website

I tried razor support but I don’t even know where to start there
