2. after restore success, uninstall any razer software. then restart PC
3. delete cache/temp windows
   C:\Users\UsernamePC\AppData\Local\Temp
   C:\Windows\Temp
4. download razer software from official site. this version what i got today RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.14.0.500
5. launch installer and wait till razer cortex finish installing and open cortex.

please note: during download and install razer synapse, open cortex first login with your account, and open software update and turn off auto update. this one to prevent auto update synapse after installing synapse.
