Razer tech support is absolute trash. The one thing of maybe 12 razer products malfunctions and it’s taking hours of troubleshooting with these guys when they can easily send a replacement. Govee has excellent customer service. I sent a pic with a broken led desk light and they sent a new one in minutes. Meanwhile Razer wants to go through an entire manual to get me to troubleshoot it. Literally doing windows configurations and commands to fix a mousepad that had a dim light.

I don't think it's a problem with the graphics card as all Razer Blade owners who were drawn with the BOE panel had this same problem. Another thing is that this problem only appears when the page is dark gray. When consuming content and playing a game, the screen looks beautiful..There was an update for this panel that greatly reduced this problem, but Razer removed it. I opened an RMA ticket and they wanted me to send the laptop to them, but I refused and requested a refund if they don't have an estimate of when the update for this panel will be released.

I see the issue: you're a "force-based" muscle memory type of person while I'm using "distance-based" muscle memory
yes if you want to equalize the force exerted on a light mouse and a heavy mouse to move the same distance in game, raising sensitivity on the heavy mouse is valid
but the thing is I'm used to "distance moved" as a measurement of how much I need to flick, not "force exerted"

there's also a reason the mouse FPS community uses cm/360 as a measurement of sensitivity, not Newtons/360

(also from personal experience the Basilisk is just inferior for FPS gaming, but a superior overall mouse, compared to the Viper)

i think it's still distance based for me in my experience

if i set my sens to 800 and leave it at that forever, i'll eventually learn the small distance needed to make the movements

yep! the guy who taught me how to have good aim in valorant (my first FPS btw) is Fishychair, and he got to Radiant on OCE servers with a G502, a notoriously heavy mouse

his style isn't flicky, but really more on crosshair placement

heavy mice are good for crosshair placement gamers I think, but not so good if you're gonna do hospital flicks

(also my sens and DPI are at like 0.32 and 1600)
