The DPI stages can all be changed based on your preference in Razer's software, the base stages however go as follows: Red: 400 Green: 800 Blue: 1600 Cyan: 2400 Yellow: 3200

You can try to gently bend it back, however depending on your mouse. You can buy relacement cables, most of the mice on the razer store you can get replacement cables for.

I think razer makes decent products and warranty's are legit from what I have seen so idk.. hunstman was good I do have a razer Naga when I played WoW. Theyre DaV 3 is an amazing ergo shape mouse BUT if your not into the ergo shape they all have really heavy mice so they kind of behind on times other then the RVMSE

Could someone help me. My headset broke after about 8-9months so I was looking at getting a newer razer one and ended up getting the Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense Wired USB and tried it in my pc and there was constant noise even with volume off so I ordered a new one and returned that one and tried it in my brothers pc first becuase he has the same headset and it worked great then tried it in mine and still that ringing we know its not caused by the headset but rather my pc but it only happens with usb headsets not any other so we tried cleaning the usb and it did nothing and now ive had no headphones for over half a week and dont know any other brand that wont break the bank to afford.

Hi all. Does anyone else have a Basilisk V3 Pro and the mouse dock? I have no connection issues but charging seems to be a problem. After 10/15 minutes, depending on how long I have the mouse set to go to sleep. The problem is that the mouse will only charge for the 10/15 minutes then once it goes to sleep the RGB defaults to the normal profile and stops charging.
