However, after becoming weary of it due to how heavy it was, I switched to the razer deathadder v3 pro around 8 months ago, and it seemed sluggish and inconsistent. I therefore wanted to investigate whether the sensor affects how quickly or slowly the mouse moves. I could then get a lightweight mouse with a sensor similar to the Razer Mamba but light weight. Does this make sense?

Never good if firmware fails. That also what I was going to say 2021 laptop should do once working make sure bios is updated.

Strange very strange I have not seen firmware fail very often only once. Normally if firmware fails I just restart software and try again.

Only once in 30 years has it failed. Before that I hated doing updates it could take a few try and did not alway work. Much much better now
