you should check again inside the box because they might have fallen back when you pulled out the box, because they are placed inbetween the casing of the headset and the product's box

and honestly, don't use the 7.1 surround sound. great feature and works as intended but sometimes you don't feel the difference or it doesn't magically make you better at locating where noise comes from when you play FPS games

Plus it really makes the sound a bit foggy and adjusts it so you don't always get a pure sound coming from both channels

one question, where are the fans located, below or on the sides.
If it's in the sides try to move it to a clear space with no things that can cover the fans, and try use another fan aiming to the PC.
If the fans are below try to buy some supports that they sell that raise the laptop a bit and also have fans.

EDIT: Mouse has to be PLUGGED IN for calibration to be added along with power. troubleshoot master.. still weird af and counterintuitive because the wire for wireless is REALLY clunky and ruins how it moves. Which is best for me: Razer Basilisk v3 Pro, Razer Deathadder v3 Pro, Razer Cobra Pro or Razer Naga v2 Pro?
My hand length is around 18.5cm in length and around 9.5 cm in width and I am a palm gripper and a wrist aimer. Right now I'm playing adventure games (Elden Ring, God of War, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Genshin Impact), FPS games (Valorant, COD, Overwatch, Apex Legends) and turn-based games (Persona, Honkai: Star Rail). Still deciding if I'm gonna play MMO and MOBA games in the future and whether to get into them or not. I'm also interested in competitive play.

Planning to get the Razer Deathadder v3 Pro as my very first gaming mouse, so I'll just ask some questions:

1. Is the mouse grip for the deathadder variants you can buy separately better than the mouse grips that come with the box along with the mouse? Or is it just the same?
2. Is the Hyperpolling Wireless dongle worth it?
3. Would the mouse grips look good on the Faker version, or would it ruin the unique look it has?
4. How can I charge the deathadder v3 pro? Does it come with a charging cable? What charging dock is it compatible with, if any? (I've seen the DA v3 pro packs and they onlg pair it with the hyperpolling dongle and not any charging dock, unlike the other models)
5. Is this better than the Basilisk v3 pro and why/why not? (I like to play adventure games, both open-world and turn-based and FPS games, and thinking about getting into MMO and MOBA games. Hand length is about 18.5cm and width is about 9.5 cm and I am a palm gripper who is also a wrist aimer)

The extra grips do help but I use faker with out them myself. You can probably remove them but it will not look the same.

Hyperpolling dongle a cool feature for sure. But only some game support higher polling rates. It's nice but not a must have for lots of games you can run 360 with out it even 500 you should not need much more then that against most players.

It should come with a cable to charge it. Says no dock support I'm guessing lighter this way.

1. black and white comes with grips, faker without it. imo, black and white's coating is much worse than faker one, so grips is necessary for me to apply on it.

2. worth it, 2k and 4k polling rate can turn off motion sync

3. faker version's coating is definitely good, no need to apply any grips

4. it comes with a cable, a receiver, in most of time, you would plug your receiver in the cable. And if you need to recharge, just unplug the receiver, and plug the cable directly to your mouse. (hyperolling dongle won't come in your mouse, you need to buy it)

what ik is that the hyper dongle thingy comes with signature but not sure about viper v2 pro

if you claw grip more, you can try viper mini wired first, the shape is the same(Caution! signature's big hole may trouble you to use it). the center of mass of the signature one is not balanced, feels on your finger (between the middle and the top of it)

v2pro's size makes it more likely to claw-palm grip mixed, way different from mini.
Therefore, I think if razer store is near you or sth, you should try them in hand(I tried like 5 mice and bought dav3pro faker)

viperv2pro and dav3pro don't come with a hyperolling dongle

both 3 mice are excellent for gaming(but the price is not, too expensive that you need to think twice to buy)
and your palm grip and hand size, In my opinion, you can just try viper v2 pro and dav3pro.
