hello guys I need help. I just boot up my pc like 20minutes ago and my keyboard wasn't working (i have a blackwidow v3 pro), the keys just didn't work but it was connected because there was lighting. When I pressed shift and L is changed the keyboard language (what?). So i used the visual keyboard to log in my profile. I don't know what I did but at a certain point half of my keys worked but keys like w or y didn't work. So then i checked the razer website and the bot told me to get a new keyboard (like razer is going to replace it) but in the mean time (i cant replace it right now i have to find the proof of buying or whatever its called) i checked other FAQ and they recommended i did the software update so I did it but i don't know if it worked. The thing that is different is that the power LED is red BUT I use my keyboard plugged in the back of PC. Can you help me? Im asking here because i have issues that the bot didnt ask if I had and I cant get a replacement now

I'm asking to see why Razer has chosen this path. They keep saying the demand is there so I expected a very positive response -at least withint razers own dedicated forums/channels.

I do have a few lightweight mouse and their build quality is second to none. That includes my razer mini which I modded.

It's all down to maximising net revenue. I get it. But despite this being in the works months/years prior to today, the hard fact is Special Edition was a Viper Mini - not from the new Cobra line. So this basically means if you like the mini you'll have to get our most expensive mouse. They literally took customer demand purely to create immense profit. That's what's wrong here. You can go about generating revenue in various ways. This was the worst they could do from a consumer point of view. Probably their most loyal base too. As mouse is very personal.

There is no way they are making a viper mini wireless now.
The whole stage has been set up to target mass/young audience (future razer buyers) - stick more rgb so they can justify the new price point against viper /ultimate. However they changed the shape and most importantly weight vs. Razer mini. The biggest downgrade and making it a deal breaker for many. Which paves the path for RVM users like me to shell out £300 for wireless version that we've been asking for over 3 years.

Went through 4 Limited Edition DVA Abyssus Elite within less than 1 and a half years to 2 years. All of them started double clicking.

I should have refunded them tbh.
