Usually when I run into a wireless issue it's Windows + Driver related especially if it was working before and suddenly stops. I would head into the device manager and see what happens when the dongle is plugged in. Whichever hardware device listing the dongle is when it is detected, right click on it and uninstall it.. unplug and replug and let Windows reinstall the mouse from scratch and see if that helps, its amazing the percent of the time that this fixes things. If this doesnt do it though, Id reach out to Razer support
