I was shooting people getting hit markers taking no damage but every update seem to give me access to new parts of the story. From what I hear, people chasing 8k usualy avoid AMD 1XXX, 2XXX, 3XXX, 59XX. Because of bandwith issues. But I hear windows 11 does better with 2K+ then 10. Some of the cores have more latancy then others. so you can some times get better performance by optimizing cores. For your CPU, I think cores 0 and 3 are the faster cores, 1 and 2 have more latancy.
Trying to do 2k+ on some games can be hard to do. While other games seem to have buitl in support fo rit.

but like 4k vs 8k your talking like .250 of a second vs .125 of a second . Your already saving .750 of a second. Going from 4k to 8k is only going to save you an addional .125 of a second.

but I wanted to understand the logic

as I do not have a blade

and I believe it is due to the same reason

That can happen when the fan can move lots of air. You not hearing the fans but the air moving over some spaces. That was report to manufacture team forsolutions to be fixed. A few team members who tested motherboard were shocked to fine the case cause increase noise problems. They were running test with out a case when it was reported. Some just remove all the tape around the vents and it stop making noise as bad. They also found some fan speeds make it worse.

By adjust fan speeds the noise can also go away ether increase or decrease speeds.

That should be fix by now for most 30 series or about version. It was detect during testing of demo versions

see the thing I understood from the post was this:

there is a gap between the bottom cover's vent and the actual fans on the vapor chamber

in that gap razer uses a thin thermal pad

*I think this pad is supposed to be equal to the space of the gap but am not 100% sure

Assuming it is, it seems that there was a gap in the pads

causing air to escape from it

and this the reason we hear a whining noise

It basically made a whistle on the test version. At some fan speeds it would make a nose. Changing the fans speed or spacing helped also made changes to the fans to direct air better on production units.

It can also happen when dust collects inside the case.

Yes was detected during testing. Dust can change spacing and cause lots of different noise as air moves pass it. One problem was whistles noises.

Some brand found out about problem and block some fan speeds to help remove noises.

My laptop has side and back vents

When I put my ear to them and listen I can heat the whistle

when I use my hand to block the vents

there is no whistle noise

If you take back case off and fans still make a noise then I check them for hair. It definitely can get stuck near fans and cause a sound.

Well bearing in fan I normally just vacuum dust off and add few drops of bearing oil. Every few years if I detect a problem. But I know in 4 wheels driving I had to take bearing apart to clean then put back together or replace.

Some just replace the fans if running them all day long.
