Does anyone know why my fps is always 2 - 10 fps below what I set the limit to be regardless of what the limit is? (Its a cpu-focused game, my CPU is a i7 11800H which i have 0.3Ghz underclock and a 0.085V undervolt applied to) If I set the limit to 30 fps the game will run at 27, if I set the game to run at 288fps it will run at about 275. and everything inbetween, Its quite weird and the slight fps drop is really noticeable in the form of stutters. The game is geometry dash so its not very intensive but I really need the game to be pinned at the limit or the game becomes 10x harder.
