Hi can I please please maybe get a American phone number for razor tech support I just bought the Nari ultimate headset today to use with my Xbox and it is completely entirely refusing to cooperate or work or follow the instructions even listed in the manual the indicator light next to the power button does not light up at all whatsoever nor does the green razor symbol blank at all it's just immediately turns green stays on for a minute and then turns off I've tried it with the dongle on my Xbox I've tried it without the dongle on my Xbox I've tried manually pairing it with my Xbox app on my phone I've tried manually pairing it with the Xbox by setting it up as a secondary device I can't get anything to work and there's not even an American tech support phone number for this I just spent $140 on this

The only Windows based laptop models I've liked so far are the Blade, the TUF, and the Zephyrus lines
