i have the viper ultimate but since some months i often has to change the frequency to 125 instead pf 500 what i have normally because my mosue lags, on 1000 its extreme laggy, on 500 its better but still very laggy on 125 its not lagging at all but its really not smooth anymore does anyone face this problem too?

I don't set it hight the monitor frequency unless I'm rent movies theaters testing 8k projects running very high refresh rates. I don't think they are even selling those projects to public yet.
But yes that software should have been fixed years ago we were waiting for lawyers to goto court. It should be adjustable from 30 hz to what ever they will allow 1000 seem great since most monitor or screen will never have a refresh rate that high. Also be adjustable by 1 hz at a time.

Your monitor or screen affect the option more I find. Because you can not turn it under 125 it does not work well at 60 hz. I never had 60 hz monitor but yell lots when they remove option.

i just realized its not my mouse lagging its dropping my fps, like on 1000 if i move my mouse my fps drops on 1, on 500 it drops like the half and on 125 it only drops around 20-30

What refresh rate is your monitor running. That will make a big difference with most software. Some games will not even all over 200 some lock at 300 now once game developers seen we had new hardware pushing 500 fps on 500 hz refresh rate.

165 hz I try mouse a 165 hz if your running refresh rates that high in games if allowed. So many games lock refresh Rated. I think with crossplay on you maximize at 130 hz and refresh rates.
AMD new cards come out on Dec 3 that was one of the cards we tested on.

Also once we hit 8k 130 hz they sent police and military in for a talk. I don't think they will allow better sold to public.

I check razer support information but normally I run sfc and dism commands then run razer software checking option and then reset to default reboot after each step testing to see of it works. If that does work normally for me it was not setup yet in software
You can also check razer insider message board. I lived on that site posted lots of stuff to help develop team.

My first RVM was fine, but after a while it rattles and has clicks when i press the back of the mouse? It also creaked. (This one was made in China)
That mouse's scrollwheel died, so I RMA'd it and got a new one, this time made in Thailand. Absolutely flawless and 0 rattle.
Has the QC gotten better? Did i get lucky second try? Something else?
