according to AMD the boost speed is 4.7ghz so its about normal speed
you could probably push most 5800x cpus to 5.2 stable as long as you have a good enough cooler on it but theres not much point to oc
like most of the time i see extreme ocs hitting 2-3 fps more than just running base speeds

Can but you shouldn't, because you push unreasonable voltages through the chip which can degrade it. *It also removes the safe temp limits which for a 5800X it gets unbelievably hot for what it is even stock so just generally not a good idea
The best OC for a 5800X is PBO + curve optimiser and it takes a long time to do it really well

overall the gpu should be able to hold itself without issues even a 3090 should easily fit in a case that can accommodate its sheer size
