Here's my favourite gaming moment. It was my birthday back in 2014 and we had a Nintendo Wii. I had some friends over and we were playing some Super Mario bros on it. One time, my one classmate was playing and he died. He totally freaked and he swinged his arms back, but he let go of the controller... He hit my other classmate in the chest. He cried. I had to go make em stop crying on my birthday which sucked. Thats probably my fav gaming moment lool

My favorite gaming moment was when I played Half-Life: Echoes. My mind was blown when I first played through it, the part where you have a shootout with a bunch of aliens and alien grunts, and in the beginning when you're trapped in the tram as everything goes to hell around you, the fires exploding out in the windows, the cargo tram falling into the deep nothingness below, and the scene where Barney gets hit by a bullsquid. It was actually stunning how they ported HL2 voice clips into HL1 so easily, and porting in an Alyx model from HL2 into the game, even though it was limited cause it was the Gold src engine. I was amazed at how well it was created.
As you can tell I'm a big Half-Life fan, and I love seeing good, well made mods for Half-Life 1 and 2, including the episodes.

My favourite moment came from a JoJo Fighting Game: I start off being pummelled by them with their powerful barrages, then being gut punched and blasted into a wall, I tried jabbing to stun them but they countered me and grabbed my arm, unrealistically smashing me to the side at this point I nearly had half my health left and only like 45% of my ultimate ability was filled, they ran at me with a sword infused with Hamon, a special power extremely effective against me, they sliced the sword right through me... That was their mistake! As they were up close and personal I used my attack Space Ripper Stingy Eyes, it sounds lame but it stunned them for than enough time that I could strong punch right through the stomach, I then kick barrage'd them and blasted them into ashes..! - Their ultimate was filled; They used Sunlight Yellow Overdrive and got me to only a speck of health left, they pulled out their Hamon infused sword and were about to end me.. 99% As all hope was lost.. Ultimate Ready!.. I joined the voice chat and laughed manically as my character screamed "Za Warudo!", Stopping time for 9 seconds, I walked closer to them.. 4 seconds left.. I threw all of my knives at them all into their face and throat, which wouldn't hit them until time resumed.. 3.. 2.. 1.. 0.. They dropped on the ground, unable to move.. DIO Wins!

One of my best gaming moments was on Roblox, so basically I was playing a medieval war game called Field of Battle and there were 2 teams called Humans and Orcs you would randomly be chosen to either team. The goal was to destroy the teams general and guards then you would win! I was a level 32 assassin which was a high level for the game but you get less armor but more speed and you can backstab behind the back which does 125%+ sword damage which is A LOT. I got the Dark assassin blade which dealed 21 damage but on the back like 75%+ more but it needed a legendary gem and costed 15k gold but I got the legendary gem, the dark assassin blade was the 2nd best sword in the game for assassins. Then the last BEST sword in the game was called Heaven's Edge it dealed 30 damage in total and a white skull flame for each hit so plus more damage and it would straight up kill a guy behind the back it was my dream item. I needed THOUSANDS of gold to get it which would be 100k and it was hard but I needed ALL the legendary gems to craft it and that would take days or even weeks but I was VERY lucky that on that day I got VERY hard rare gems to find called red diamonds. and legendary gems.The legendary gems are from a boss called the Giant Demon Spawn which was a boss SO SO rare for it to spawn and only 1 legendary gem would drop and there would be tons of people in the game and mostly it would be rare for you to get it. But that day I spent HOURS looking for people selling legendary gems and I found like only 3 people who got them I have no clue how but they did and they were lucky. And I was VERY lucky and I traded them for my reds and gold then I was able to FINALLY craft the most super op BEST sword in the game which takes weeks or days to get but it only took ONE single day for me and I was like so LUCKY and happy when I was finally able to buy legendary gems from like 3 people I thought I was dreaming but I wasn't and it came true!

My best gaming moment was when I started playing World of Warcraft as I was 14, I was a lot more social on video games than I was in real life, just like many kids my age back then. I met a lot of good friends, that were a lot older than me, and I have many precious memories of those dungeons we had to pause because it was “bedtime for the little one”, or it was time to walk the dog out... all those little moments I didn’t have in my life, but they did, with their loved one(s)! The gaming world taught me early on, that I would value games as I grow up, even as an adult today. I work for a game company know among other clients and I love it, for all the joy we share with the community 🙏

My favourite gaming moment? It would have to be a while back when I was playing heaps of quake champions, and playing some instagib. I kept coming first for like 5 games and then I finally realised that everyone I was vsing wasn't bots. Then I realised it was 4 am and I had to go to work in 3 hours.

My favorite gaming moment? Well there's this one memory that still gives me nightmares. This happened about 2 years ago on Rust. One day I was out roaming with 'my squad', I picked our best scouts and skilled bolt action rifle players for my squad an we would always run recon missions outside our territory, and we were taking a routine route to the North when all of a sudden our games began to lag. The FPS drops were insane and what was once an empty field turned into the biggest abomination of a compound I have ever seen on that game. The day before there was nothing there! There were thin symmetrical towers build around this massive compound scaling all the way up to the max build height and we just flipped at the sight of them. It was an eerie moment. There was no movement in the area and it was super quiet, almost like a calm before a storm. As my heartrate escalated and my sweaty palms gripped onto my deathadder, my immediate call was to fall back. If we could see the towers, my logic being that whoever occupied it could see us. We started questioning what other group would have the manpower to make something so big. I immediately started messaging our allied clans through steam and at one point we got intel that it was the big group of players that used to play on another high pop server, who had been banned for dominating it. They were technically not a clan, because they consisted of only 6-8 tight nit skilled pvp players who had access to the whole base and about 30-40 'slaves' who would farm resources for them in exchange for guns. Right as we got that intel on of my guys called out an individual mining a stone node. I gave him permission to take the shot, and the second that shot was fired and nailed the guy in the head dropping him dead on that stone node, the largest and most intense firefight broke out. I'm going to spare you the details of that 10 hour long encounter, I never thought it would be possible to get PTSD from a video game.

My favourite gaming moment was the first time I built my own PC. I bought all the parts individually from local retailers and assembled them all in my room using a PC Gamer magazine I bought. My parents didnt even know what I was doing till I showed them the fully working PC.
It was so satisfying to build my own PC, to troubleshoot all the issues I got and to resolve them. That was such a nice experience that to this day I dont buy pre-builts simply because I like the satisfaction of putting together something that works and does what you want it to do.

My favourite gaming moment was the first time I played Counter Strike Source. I was very good at the game and people were amazed at how a 14 year old (at that time) was so good at the game with less than 100 hours of playtime. I even ended up getting banned from a few servers because people used to think there is no way a low skilled player was this good. Almost gave up on gaming then because the community was so toxic towards new players. Since I had a quake/ doom background I simply just put in the hard work and when I won a local LAN everyone acknowledged my skills.
Ended up becoming the admin of the server I got banned from because I met the people who ran the server and they genuinely thought I was good. That was a true moment of validation, like overcoming a final boss in a game. At that point I knew the gaming community was so much more than what I expected it to be and to this day I see it grow more than I would have ever expected it to.

My favourite gaming moment has to be on Call of Duty Black Ops 3. I was not particularly great 👎🏼 at the game yet my best friend and a friend of his 🙋🏻♂️🙋🏼♂️, both really good at the game, oddly invited me to a game of zombies 🧟♂️. I was so surprised that they had asked to play with me. The game proceeded, they did amazingly, I didn’t do great, getting downed 🔫 in excess of 10 times 💯 (unsurprisingly 😂). Now they had got to the final stage having completed all the tasks ✅ when they suddenly died. Now note that at this time a couple of years ago their voices had broken but little Adam’s hadn’t 😕 which is why, the next morning I couldn’t believe it when loads of boys in my year and in my Best Friend’s brother’s year came up to me discussing the game of zombies we’d played the previous day. Much to my dismay, it had been uploaded to youtube. And it was hilarious, quite frankly.

My favourite gaming moment was when me and my friends decided it would be a good idea to play GTA 4 online. We had fun for the first hour then things started breaking, like really really breaking. Firstly all cars started basically mashing themselves into the floor like gravity had been turned up. Cars that we were driving just flew until they exploded. Other NPC's would spawn in front of us and fall through the ground. So we decided to go to the swing set and try out the glitch where if you hold onto it you get flung. We had to do it by foot and got killed many times. Once we got there we did the glitch and the swing set went absolutely mental. It was like giving a dog a cake or something. The swing set literally started going upside down and violently shaked. All of us got on it (which took a few attempts) and finally got flung. It crashed our game :(

**So my favourite gaming moment, probably not that interesting because I didn't have a good pc, good monitor, I SCORED really good in my exams and I thought I'd get my dream pc, but I still didn't.
So I used to play games which my garbage computer can handle like roblox (don't bully me) So I used to play a game called phantom forces.
So I was really good at that game, but mostly because of lag I couldn't Play.
So my best moment in-game was when I got a triple collat (basically 3 people lined up and you get them with one bullet) which turned into a 12 on (triple collat which basically turned into a 12 kill feed)
Me and my friends used to troll a lot. So there are a lot of online daters in roblox and we used to troll them to the fullest.
Once we found this online dater (girl) and we came up to her and said "Hi, you look really cute!" I couldn't control my laughter and we trolled her so hard, and she left.
When I got a good pc, me and my friends used to troll in fortnite.
So there was this kid in save the world that was trying to scam us and we trolled him so hard that he screamed out loud and him mom came, and obviously shut down his Xbox, I laughed so hard that my parents also came in my room and told me to keep it quit.
Me and my friends had so much fun together until I moved, I was really sad. But I am still in contact with them.

My favourite gaming moment was when I was playing minecraft at the age of 9. My parents were not home at the moment (they were out shopping). I was playing with an online friend, when he asked if I wanted to use teamspeak. Being a 9 year old with a super overprotective dad, I was trying to make an excuse to not talk to this stranger that I have never met. After around 30 minutes, I reluctantly gave in due to peer pressure (I was a pushover haha) and downloaded teamspeak. Right when I joined his channel, he said "Hello ya silly goober", in a sort-of deep voice (he sounded around 16). I was super scared as this was my very first time talking to someone I didn't know (and he happened to be around 7 years older than me!). Suddenly, the doorbell rang. I screamed and threw my computer across the room. I sprinted like a madman to my parents bedroom. I heard the door open... And out came my mom and dad. I started crying and realised how stupid I was haha. That's the end of my story!

My favorite gaming moment was on GTA 5 back in the day a couple years ago, First when I got my PS4 before I had my good PC that could run games I was playing GTA online doing some heists, and a group of three guys invited me into a lobby for the PAC heist when I was level 15. They helped me grind out money and we used the kuruma glitch back when that existed, and I ended up making around 6 million off of it after a few hours, and that was really my first gaming experience since before that I only really played Minecraft and not much went on there 😛

My best gaming moment was when I was playing casual in Rainbow Six Siege. I was a Rook with an SMG and it was a 1 V 5. It used to be a 2 V 5 but I panicked and killed my teammate who was going through a doorway (sorry Kapkan). The way I killed him was so Pro-ish that I was almost using aimbot on him. Anyway, since it was a 1 V 5 thanks to me, I was hiding behind a desk and was panicking so much I felt light headed and my body was shaking so much that I felt like I could kill Thanos with a twig. The first two people I killed were rushing in without caution and were basically begging to be shot. The last three though, were hard to kill. One was an Ash, the other was a Fuze, and the last one was a Thatcher. Fuze activated his gadget right beside me and I ran to the other side of the room which was not a good idea because Ash shot her special grenades at the corner I was going to. I was able to survive by going crouching but still left me with around 30 health. I set up my shield at that corner and I was able to kill Fuze because I heard him setting up his gadget on a window near me. As I was reloading after killing him, Ash rushed in but I killed her with the 10 remaining shots from my magazine. Now it was a 1 V 1. I picked up my shield and went to the best place to place it: another corner. Then, he threw an EMP and disabled all of Kapkan’s traps in the room. He pre fired so I was left with around 15 health. At that time I felt like I actually had Parkinson’s and was shaking so much I felt cold. He then emptied his pistol at me but wasn’t able to kill me because I had a shield. I then prefired while he was running towards me and that won me the game. Probably my most intense moment this year.

My favorite gaming moment was when I found a forum, with people who played Wildlands, I was going through a hard time, a bit of depression and playing alone only made it worse, I joined, got accepted, and the group has made me very happy. I was unable to keep in any groups, and quit everything, but I forced myself to stay in the group, we had “practices” every Friday and Sunday in the game, and I managed to stay with it without skipping once, they changed my life for the better, helped with my horrible anxiety and depression, everyone is incredibly friendly, and even offered to pool money together to help me, I declined though, but knowing that people can be that nice changed me.

When i bought ksp, i really liked it and actually managed to get to the moon on the second try with a near-perfect landing. i was very proud of it. Posted it on reddit but i got 2 upvotes so that kind of bummed me out. Today i have more than 3000 hours of gameplay. I got it on christmas. still love the game

Favorite gaming moment. Date: February 21, 2016 (I was 13) . I wake up to a phone call, hearing a sad/distraught voice from my bestfriend's mom saying that her husband (My friends dad) has passed way. At the time, I knew my friend for 8 years so I knew his dad quite well. This was hard news for me as well, knowing my friend would be scarred by his dad's death. I called my friend quite a few times as I wanted to wish my condolences, however he never answered. I decided to let it go for a day but then, as I was playing TF2 on my crappy laptop, my friend called me. I knew TF2 was his favorite game so I suggested we'd play it. Remarkably he agreed and we formed a skype call together. His cracky voice almost made me cry. As we were playing tf2 together, we talked it over a lengthy 5 hour call. During those 5 hours, I managed to relieve a little pain off his shoulders, through glitches and funny moments in game, but also through our conversation. I felt like I slightly helped him recover from his agony. This gameplay helped me feel slightly better and helped him feel slightly better. Although this might not be a time that I cherish, it's a time that I'll remember. I think its amazing how videogames can sometimes be extremely helpful, even in the worst moments of your life. I believe this is what a great gaming moment consists of, despite the sad circumstances. This is my favorite gaming moment

My fav gaming moment is on the first Friday of every month. I get together online with a bunch of ex-army mates that all served overseas together and we jump into Arma3 and blow shit up. It gives us a chance to talk shop, slang that no one else really understands and we all just get to switch the Army brains back on for a few hours. Good times!

One of the first online multiplayer games I properly got into was Minecraft (I've moved on from it now as it seems to be going downhill). There was a server I used to play on run by the YouTuber BrenyBeast. There was this guy I met on the server, TandemCheese, and I got to know him quite well. Whenever we were on at the same time we'd visit the other's island (it was skyblock) and I think he may have even bought me a cheap rank on the server for my birthday. However, as time went on, TandemCheese and I both stopped playing on the server and the server shut down at one point. I haven't spoken to him since as we only commuicated through Minecraft so TandemCheese - if you read this - please message me to say hi :)

blackwidow has the razer mechanical switches and the huntsman uses the opto mechanical switches which uses a laser to send the signal which is why it's a faster keyboard
here's a comparison of all the razer switches:

The Huntsman Elite rgb that gos all the way around the underside of the keyboard which I think adds a lot to it. Unfortunatley, it's a trade of for the usb pass through which is included with the blackwidow which I dont mind since I find usb passthrough on keyboards to be a nightmare.

Hey all - question for anyone with a Razer Blade Pro - are you running any Cryengine games and if so, are you having CPU temp problems?
I have the latest RBP 17 and bought Wolcen - granted it's early access and not yet optimized but it ran my CPU up to 95C rapidly and I'm hoping that at launch, when it's optimized, I won't have the same issues.

Up to you, can't go wrong with it. Just know it might take a little while to get used to get used to holding since it is ambidextrous. I found myself having to disable the right side buttons for awhile as I kept pressing them with the way I was holding it

@plush orbit I have a 1050 TI in my work PC, I can play Apex, Doom Eternal, Control, and plenty of other games at medium graphics settings at 1080p with pretty high framerates. Doom Eternal was 55-60 FPS most of the time.
Still a totally fine card right now.
