i built this prison in a relatively short time
capacity of 16 criminally insane and 4 death row
10 guards, 2 armed guards, 12 dog handlers, and a sniper at the entrance
after 5 days of having prisoners all needs have stayed in the green and no complaints nor fights
open to suggestions

do yoy know if sniper towers can shoot over perimeter walls?
like if i have a perimeter wall seperatinf a sniper and misbehaving prisoner woukd i be able to stop them?
