There is a ||key on each of the chapters that you need to collect to open the safe. You have to go through and collect all of the keys in one run. Going to lobby during the run will cause you to have to start over||. If you want the exact answers, I can DM you or you can find a guide on YouTube. I can also send you a list of hints if you want to try and figure it out.

Good evening! My friend and i tried to find a hidden thing twice. We are sure, that we took all keys and did everything we should did. But in the end at the safe we found out that we hadn't one key . On the tof of the left. Can it be a bug?

It is most likely because you did not get the correct key for chapter 3. ||Did you grab the key from the drawer in the attic||?

You need to ||Grab the key that is found outside, open the drawer in the attic, and then grab the safe key from the attic||. I made the same mistake my first time.
