if its impossible to change with the backups we will need a link to your steam profile and a list of all the cosmetics you lost to be sent to Tanner so he can fix it up for you

There was an issue in November where cosmetic save files weren't being restored properly after people lost save data due to a computer crash or some other issue. We fixed it, but anyone that hadn't logged in since before our fix wouldn't have had the fix applied to their backups. Moving forward you shouldn't have that issue anymore so long as you keep the Steam Cloud feature enabled.

You said all hardcore cosmetics so I already had hockey mask added. Just added the tinfoil hat and Plague Doctor mask.

Are all of the cosmetics you have right now included in the lists you gave me earlier? I need to put all of your current cosmetics in this file too before I send it to you, or it won't work.
