All uploads give the error "Upload failed to finalize", but do sometimes actually upload to the gallery leading to duplicates.

All uploads give the error "Upload failed to finalize", but do sometimes actually upload to the gallery leading to duplicates.
It seems uploading succeeds, but the upload dialogue doesn't realize this until you back out of it and enter it again.
