Ofc there are the money free options like doing events / exploring the map and following the main story

He is basically saying how self discipline has way more to do with self awareness than with what we think discipline is. so basically you grabbing your phone and doomscrolling is not a matter of you not having the mental strength to resist its more about you not even fully being aware that you are making the decision and by simply being aware making the right decision becomes a lot easier. Its a very interesting video and I reccommand watching it. it def changed my perspective on things
