people usually say the cliche that "surround yourself with like minded people" in order to level up in whatever youre doing.

I still have bunch of childhood friends that i've been in contact / friends for +15 years, but even though we are friends, we don't really see each other unless someone has a birthday or is getting married or some else special occasion, just because nobody has time to just hang around anymore and everyone is busy with their lives

not that I agree fully with my own unpopular opinion, but I feel like the older you get the more true it gets.
