It is a sound originally created by CMZ a Latvian beatboxer. He has a shoutout on Swiss you should check it out.
But it is essentially an outward tooth whistle with a fairly loose lip oscillation (that is almost in the position of a fart bass). Also you can stack vocals or poly on it. Which I do both of, 1st drop vocal / last drop poly.
Hope this clears it up somewhat 💪 .
