#What's a good & cheap microphone purchase for using at beatbox events?

Looking around for recommendations so i can just stop using event microphones. A friend recommended The Mackie 89-D Dynamic Microphone. It's $45 dollars—not too bad but would honestly like to go cheaper.

well...if u want something cheaper then go for the behringer xm8500. its like the sm58 but with a warmer tone. Tho i'd recommend you eq it for live purposes if u want it to sound less messy. its around 20 bucks and was the first ever "popular" budget microphone to use in beatboxing back then. If they used it in events back then, then im sure its still good enough for small gigs and live battles. You can hold on to that before upgrading anytime soon.
