How to improve technicality?

im a bass-based beatboxer and my basics are too weak i almost cant create any beats with basics, how can i improve these?

i can relate to that as i am super technical but i seem to create some bassy beats but not too many

you can try to improve your basics by first practicing and just watching more videos on how to improve them and once you have improved them you move on to basic patterns and remember go slow dont rush too much it will take time to refine your basics.

i was personally stuck in a very bass dedicated era not too long ago! its not the worst thing tbh but i get exactly what you mean. i just began to return to the roots of sound making to regain the ability to make all the sounds more clear again so i could then focus on creating more diverse beats and combos and now i feel im in a pretty good position due to having solid base of both other sounds and bass. you'll get it soon it just takes some time and practice.
