Hello! I would like to suggest about LRs not being allowed to go to the appointment rooms, except if they have an appointment to do, or if they wanted to spectate (permission to get access by an MR) because whenever an LR becomes a staff member, they use it to troll by going to the appointment rooms and distracting the dentist, and the client. Please inform me if this was suggested before, and let me know your thoughts about this! c:
#Not allowing LRs going inside appointment rooms

I personally think that the waiting room is pretty much fine to enter as theres many reasons to go in there; for example trying to warn trollers or trying to ask an MR a question so I think restricting them entering the waiting room is a bit much but the procedure rooms I definitely agree, they dont have a reason to be in there and it prevents wandering! Awesome suggestion though :)))
Thank you! 😄
idm them coming in the waiting room, but inside the procedure rooms can get pretty annoying and i know im not the only one that thinks this
i disgree, there could be an mr in the waiting room and they could maybe want to ask a question to the mr or there could be a situation or something like that, this only thing we do not allow is other staff going in the appointment rooms with goes for all lrs
i personally never have had an issue with receptionists trolling, but i like this idea of allowing them in the waiting room just not in the procedure rooms
^^
I agree, it should be for all LRs being avoided to go inside the appointment rooms except if they have an appointment.
Not allowing LRs going inside appointment rooms
It can also be if LRs asked an MR if they have permission to spectate, they would have access to the appointment rooms by an MR.
if you really think about it, if mrs weren’t there to deal with it, they would have to sometimes go appointments rooms to handle a situation or to warn someone so if they needed to handle something then they wouldn’t be allowed to
tbh i dont think lrs as a whole should not be going into appointment rooms, as many do indeed ask to spectate appointments, and it'd be impossible for them to spectate without going into appointment rooms. i do agree with receptionist not going into appointment rooms though
i agree to the extent where staff like receptionists are not allowed in there, but if ortho or os are able to spectate (with permission), it would be impossible for them to do this with the doors being locked!
