timezone / continent roles

hi! i think adding timezone and/or continent roles would be a helpful addition to the server. it could make it easier to know when hrs/mrs are typically online and improve communication overall.

i don’t think this is necessary cause we can just put it in our bio. about the communication part, when someone is online you can most likely just DM them

And we’d have to add a lot of roles because there are so many timezones. If we add continents, there will still always be time differences between countries

i like the idea but i think there are better solutions than adding more roles

fair enough 😭 i just suggested it since not everyone puts their timezone in their bio and roles make it easier to see at a glance . tysm for your input though

of course, if it would help i could bring it up to the hr team, so hrs are at least adding their timezone to their pronouns or bio if they want it

i like this idea, i personally feel like it would be a nice thing to have but as stated above it’s not necessary. i personally find the argument of not wanting more roles futile since there’s no minimum or maximum, but because of danys stance on the roles it’s something that will unfortunately unlikely happen even if i wish it did

yepp but dany added a role „met diste irl“ so i don’t think he’s against adding more roles, just biased to which role it is and who’s getting it
